Confirming your appointment

I need to confirm the details of my upcoming appointment:

In order to check the details of your upcoming appointment, please follow these steps.

  1. Login to your Job Page
  2. Click on ‘Menu’ in the upper right corner and select ‘Jobs I’ve Applied To’
  3. Under 'My Appointments', click on the 'View Details' link

A window will pop-up with all of the details of your upcoming appointment.

If you have additional questions, you should contact us directly using the links at the bottom of this page.

  • If your appointment is less than 24 hours away, please chat with us.
  • If your appointment is more than 24 hours away, please email us.

I scheduled my appointment and received an email that my contingencies have expired or an error has occurred, what do I do?
You are being invited to schedule another appointment as your contingency results have expired or an error has occurred. You will need to attend the scheduled appointment in order to move forward in the process.

What is the dress code for my event?
Amazon has a casual work environment. Dress nicely but comfortably. Suits and ties aren't necessary.

What can I expect at my Hiring Event?
The Amazon Hiring Event is for those qualified candidates who have been invited to attend.

The purpose of the Amazon Hiring Event is to accept your contingent job offer and provide an opportunity for our candidates to learn about Amazon's unique culture, as well as why Amazon is a great place to work! The Hiring Event provides a stronger understanding of the position by reviewing key aspects of the role.

What can I expect at my New Hire Orientation/Start Date?
Your New Hire Orientation is your first day of employment with Amazon Fulfillment! The purpose of orientation is to provide an opportunity for you to complete new hire paperwork and learn about your new role as a Fulfillment Associate.  This is your first paid day of employment.
