Celebrating love, tolerance, and associates who live out loud
When people are truly proud of who they are, they are capable of doing amazing things. Amazon takes pride in all our associates who are living out loud by expressing their authentic selves and achieving the remarkable in their daily lives. We proudly stand with the LGBTQIA+ community and continue to offer support to our associates through connection, outreach, and inclusive events.

Providing support through Glamazon
Glamazon is an Amazon Affinity group that started when one employee wanted to connect with other LGBTQIA+ employees. There are currently 60 active Glamazon chapters around the world that work with Amazon teams to create inclusive workplaces and host hundreds of community events to raise LGBTQIA+ awareness — including annual Pride celebrations. Glamazon invites anyone who supports diversity of all kinds to join this community.
Raising a Pride flag
We raise a Pride flag to those who stand up to tell the world how proud they are of who they are. Neil Lindsay, Amazon VP of Worldwide Prime and Marketing, speaks on identifying this moment of pride, as well as on a new generation that is approaching diversity and inclusion with open arms.

Our associates create a proud culture
Thanks to our Glamazon group, we are honored to again be acknowledged for our diversity efforts. In 2019, we received a high score of 100 on the HRC Corporate Equality Index — a benchmark for corporate policies and practices pertaining to LGBTQIA+ associates. We strive to create the best work environment possible, and will continue to improve along with our growing culture.
